No prior office experience is required. If you're dependable, organized, and eager to learn, you'll receive the training and support needed to build valuable administrative, customer service, and billing experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist with billing, data entry, and account tracking
• Answer and route incoming customer phone calls
• Provide general office and administrative support
• Learn the billing process from start to finish
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support team members with daily administrative tasks
• Grow into additional responsibilities as you gain experience

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• 0-1 year of office, administrative, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort learning new systems
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Fully onsite in Ramsey, MN

Pay & Employment Type

• $20 per hour
• Temp-to-hire opportunity
• Eligible for permanent hire after 480 hours worked
