Bowery Residents' Committee seeks a Community Technician to provide frontline support for individuals experiencing homelessness. This full-time role involves monitoring, de-escalation, crisis response, and ensuring a safe residential environment across 24/7 shifts. You will engage residents with empathy, document incidents, and help with meals and facilities upkeep while pursuing BRC certifications such as CPR/First Aid and Narcan training.
