Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC
SUMMARY: This position works directly with clients assisting them with reviews, market updates, trades, and other areas such as Financial, Estate & Retirement Planning. As a member of an advisory team, each member works together servicing clients. This may also involve prospecting and attaining new clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads comprehensive client planning and implementation efforts, including onboarding, portfolio structuring, and execution of financial strategies in alignment with client goals and regulatory standards. Conducts in-depth investment reviews, providing ongoing portfolio analysis, performance evaluation, and tailored recommendations based on market trends and client objectives. Resolves complex service issues with professionalism and urgency, acting as a liaison between clients and internal operational teams to ensure timely and effective solutions. Maintains accurate and up-to-date client records and practice management data within CRM systems, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Independently manages and deepens relationships with existing investment clients through proactive outreach, value-added service delivery, and cross‑selling of appropriate financial products. Participates in strategic initiatives and performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership to support the firm's growth and operational excellence.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four‑year college or university, or two to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, licenses, and registrations required: FINRA licenses Series 7 and 66, and enrolled in study courses for the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) Computer skills required: Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Order Processing Systems; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); and CRM software.BENEFITS:
