Human Resources Business Partner

To support a growing portfolio of software companies, the remote HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to leaders, managing employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness in a complex, multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic HR partner, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy across multiple business units Lead complex employee relations matters, ensuring consistent and compliant outcomes across jurisdictions including the US, Canada, UK, and New Zealand Own the performance management lifecycle, coaching managers on effective feedback and documentation processes Required Qualifications 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with at least 2-3 years in complex, multi-entity organizations Demonstrated experience in leading employee relations investigations and performance management processes Working knowledge of employment practices across the US, Canada, UK, and New Zealand Experience partnering with senior leaders as a strategic HR advisor Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
