Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 to lead daily operations for our food team at HMH Carrier Clinic in Belle Mead, New Jersey.

Carrier Clinic is a private, not-for-profit behavioral healthcare system located in Belle Mead, New Jersey specializing in psychiatric and addiction treatment.

Join a leadership role overseeing multi-functional food service operations with a focus on client satisfaction, retention, and operational performance. This position supports revenue and profit goals through disciplined execution of programs, safety standards, and daily operational oversight while fostering an engaged and well-supported team.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $53720 per year - $69520 per year

• Food service management experience with focus on purchasing, inventory, food cost analysis, and forecasting.
• Experience using automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and workplace safety standards.
• Experience supporting quality, patient satisfaction, and service delivery across operations.
• Proven success coaching teams, providing feedback, and supporting compliance and engagement.

Requirements

• Education Requirement: High school diploma or GED
• Related Experience: 0- 1 years
