Success in this role comes from being approachable, energetic, and motivated to build lasting customer relationships, not simply waiting for business to come in.Rental CoordinatorPay: $24.00 per hour + Bonus Opportunity!Monday-Friday (7am-5pm)Great Benefits!Key Responsibilities• Greet and assist walk in and phone customers in a professional and welcoming mannerBuild strong relationships with customers by understanding their projects, timelines, and equipment needsRecommend appropriate equipment and attachments based on customer applicationsPrepare and execute rental agreements accurately and efficientlyFollow up on quotes, upcoming needs, and rental opportunitiesManage equipment scheduling and utilization to maximize rental availability and revenueInspect equipment before and after rentals to ensure it is clean, functional, and ready for customer useMaintain accurate records of fleet condition, location, and readinessCoordinate equipment deliveries and pickups, including trailer logistics.Work with the Service Department to address maintenance or repair needsCollaborate with Sales, Parts, and Service teams to support a seamless customer experiencePromote and follow all safety policies related to equipment handling and dealership operationsRequired SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer focused approachSelf-motivated and comfortable working in a fast paced environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with rental or business software systemsBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform visual equipment inspectionsPreferred SkillsTwo or more years in the rental or equipment dealership industryExperience coordinating equipment transportation or logisticsBilingual skills (Spanish or other) are helpful for some locationsWork Environment / Physical DemandsPrimarily office-based with time spent in the yard or shop interacting with customers and technicians bothExposure to moderate to loud noise and outdoor elementsMust be comfortable working around heavy equipment and following safety protocolsOccasional lifting or movement of small parts or tools may be requiredBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability InsuranceFSA and HSA programs (with company contributions)401(k) Plan with Company MatchPaid Holidays & VacationPre-employment drug screens, background screening, and proof of employment eligibility (E-Verify) are required for any position offered.We are always on the lookout for people who bring fresh perspective and life experiences to our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sri Healthcare
