LINE COOK | WHISTLER’S KNOLL VINEYARD

We’re growing our culinary team at Whistler’s Knoll! Be part of the brand-new restaurant opening soon by the owners of RYE Appleton.

We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook who loves working with fresh ingredients, takes pride in their food, and wants to be part of something a little different.

At Whistler’s Knoll, our kitchen is surrounded by a working vineyard, gardens and event spaces. Our food program ranges from seasonal restaurant service and wood-fired pizza to weddings, private events and chef-driven dinners.

What you’ll be doing:
• Preparing and executing menu items to Chef’s standards
• Working multiple stations during service
• Daily prep, portioning and station setup
• Working with seasonal and locally grown ingredients
• Assisting with weddings, special events and catered dinners
• Maintaining a clean, organized and well-stocked station
• Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Working closely with our Chef and culinary team

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has previous line cook or professional kitchen experience
• Is dependable and works well as part of a team
• Can stay organized and composed during busy service
• Takes pride in consistency, presentation and quality
• Is available evenings and weekends
• Is excited to help grow a new culinary program
