Job Title: Sales and Guest Experience Manager Location: Altitude Trampoline Park – Franklin, MA Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Owner About The Role Altitude Trampoline Park in Franklin, MA is looking for a Sales and Guest Experience Manager- a natural people-person who thrives on making customers and employees feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and excited to come back. This role blends day-to-day park leadership with a core focus on community outreach, sales, and event bookings - driving birthday parties, group events, school field trips, fundraisers, and corporate outings that keep our courts full and our community connected. What You'll Do Community Engagement & Business Development (Core Function) Proactively build relationships with local schools, sports leagues, scout troops, daycares, churches, and community organizations to drive field trips and group visits Develop and manage a birthday party and group event sales pipeline from first inquiry to booking to follow-up Organize and promote fundraiser nights, school spirit nights, and charity partnerships Represent Altitude Franklin at local events, chamber of commerce functions, and community fairs Build partnerships with local businesses for cross-promotions and corporate team-building events Track outreach efforts and event bookings; hit monthly sales/booking targets Manage organic social media engagement and respond to community inquiries and reviews with a personal touch Guest & Team Culture Create a warm, high-energy, welcoming atmosphere for every guest, every visit Build a positive, motivated team culture that makes employees want to show up and stay Handle guest concerns with empathy and confidence, turning problems into loyalty Lead by example on the floor - visible, approachable, and hands-on Operations & Leadership Oversee daily park operations, staffing, and scheduling Recruit, train, and coach a team of court monitors and front-desk staff Ensure safety protocols, cleanliness, and guest service standards are consistently met What We're Looking For A natural relationship-builder - someone who lights up a room and makes people feel heard Proven experience and success in sales, business development, or community outreach (event venues, hospitality, fitness, youth sports, or entertainment industries a plus) Prior management or supervisory experience, ideally in a customer-facing business Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to juggle sales outreach, event logistics, and daily operations - comfortable pitching a fundraiser to a school in the morning and coaching a 16-year-old employee in the afternoon Comfortable with public speaking and representing the brand in the community Positive, high-energy, solutions-oriented attitude Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends for events and peak park hours Nice to Have Existing local network in Franklin/Metro West MA communities, schools, or youth organizations Experience with party/event booking software or CRM tools Background in FEC (Family Entertainment Center), gym, fitness, or youth activity management Why Join Altitude Trampoline Park Franklin Be the face of a fun, high-energy brand in the community Real ownership over growing group events, parties, and fundraiser partnerships Leadership role with room to shape culture and drive measurable business impact Salary: $30000 - $60000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Altitude Trampoline Parks
