Your Tasks
Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und helfen Sie dabei, unsere strategische Partnerschaft mit einem der weltweit fhrenden Halbleiterunternehmen weiter auszubauen und zu strken. Ihre Aufgabe besteht darin, nachhaltiges Geschftswachstum voranzutreiben, Transparenz ber Regionen hinweg zu schaffen und Plansee als bevorzugten globalen Partner fr hochleistungsfhige Lsungen aus Refraktrmetallen und verwandten Werkstoffen in Halbleiteranlagen zu positionieren.
- Zentrale Ansprechperson zwischen den Engineering-, Supply-Chain-Management- und Operations-Teams des Kunden sowie den regionalen Vertriebsteams, Produktionsstandorten, F&E-Abteilungen, dem Produktmanagement und der Geschftsbereichsleitung von Plansee
- Entwicklung und Implementierung einer globalen Key-Account-Strategie, einschlielich Account-Planung, Opportunity-Tracking, Stakeholder-Management und regelmiger Business Revies. Sie strken und erweitern das globale Kundennetzwerk durch den Aufbau starker Beziehungen zu wichtigen Entscheidungstrgern und Multiplikatoren an Kundenstandorten in den USA, Asien, Europa und weiteren relevanten Regionen
- Vorantreiben der frhzeitigen Einbindung des Kunden, um neue Anwendungsfelder zu identifizieren, Design-in-Positionen fr Plansee-Komponenten und -Module in Halbleiterfertigungsanlagen der nchsten Generation zu sichern und den Wandel von einer transaktionalen Lieferantenbeziehung hin zu einer strategischen Partnerschaft zu untersttzen
- Identifizieren und entwickeln neuer Geschftsmglichkeiten mit Herstellern von Halbleiteranlagen (OEMs), Foundries und integrierten Halbleiterherstellern, indem Sie die fortschrittlichen Material- und Komponentenlsungen von Plansee gezielt einsetzen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Forschung & Entwicklung, Engineering und Produktion, um neue Designmglichkeiten, Material- und Lebensdauerverbesserungen, Kostenoptimierungsinitiativen, Mehrwertlsungen und Technologie-Roadmaps zu identifizieren. Dabei bersetzen Sie Kundenherausforderungen in kommerziell tragfhige Lsungen
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung sowie umfassende Erfahrung in einem internationalen industriellen Umfeld in den Bereichen technischer Vertrieb, Application Engineering, Prozessengineering, Produktmanagement oder Business Development innerhalb der Halbleiterindustrie
- Fundiertes Verstndnis von Halbleiterfertigungsprozessen und Halbleiteranlagen sowie die Fhigkeit, technische Herausforderungen und Lsungsanstze mit Engineering-Stakeholdern auf Augenhhe zu diskutieren
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt und ein etabliertes Netzwerk bei Herstellern von Halbleiteranlagen, Foundries oder IDMs, kombiniert mit der Fhigkeit, technische und kommerzielle Entscheidungsprozesse aktiv zu beeinflussen
- Ausgeprgte interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem globalen Team
- Flieende Englischkenntnisse und internationale Reisebereitschaft
