Job Description

* Lead internal quality system initiatives including ISO compliance and audit readiness
* Drive CAPA processes, including SCARs, PCARs, NCMRs, and audit findings to closure
* Partner with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
* Track and manage supplier PCNs as part of ongoing quality and performance monitoring
* Maintain accurate and organized quality documentation and historical records
* Collaborate with failure analysis and reliability teams to support investigations and improvements
* Conduct product inspections and perform physical/electrical measurements when needed
* Support cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements across the product lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of experience in Product Quality Engineering within semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
* Strong expertise in ISO 9001:2015 quality systems and auditing
* Experience with IATF16949 and automotive quality standards preferred
* Six Sigma, CQE, or equivalent quality certification strongly preferred
* Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as JMP or Minitab
* Hands-on experience with semiconductor reliability systems and processes
* Familiarity with PLM systems (Omnify, Agile, MatrixOne) is a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes
* Excellent communication and project leadership capabilities
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required
