Quality Engineering Manager

As a Quality Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will help shape our unwavering commitment to quality excellence. WE VALUEExperience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, facilitating continuous improvement and process optimization. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies, plans, and processes that form the backbone of our quality initiatives.Continuously monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to enhance product quality and the efficiency of quality control processes including improvement in cost of poor quality (yield, scrap, etc…)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization with a heavy emphasis on BIQ (built in quality).Conduct product and process audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Host Customer and 3rd party visits and auditsManage customer complaints effectively by investigating root causes, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring their effectiveness to enhance customer satisfaction.Full timePosting Date: 2026-07-22
