Job Description

• Drive supplier quality performance and improvement initiatives across the supply chain
• Partner with suppliers to enhance process capability, controls, and overall product quality
• Lead supplier audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts
• Track and report supplier performance metrics and risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Procurement teams to resolve issues
• Support supplier qualification, development, and long-term quality strategy

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supplier Quality Engineer should have:

• 3+ years of experience in supplier quality, engineering, or manufacturing
• Experience working directly with external suppliers
• Background in regulated industries (medical device, pharma, aerospace, defense, automotive) preferred
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards (ISO, FDA, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Engineering degree preferred
