Inclusive Culture: Thrive in an innovative and respectful workplace that values every voice, celebrates what makes us unique and turns differences into innovation.Career growth: Benefit from global and cross-business unit mobility, with development processes designed to ensure your professional growth.Compelling benefits and employee wellbeing: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that rewards your hard work and dedication and take advantage of initiatives designed to support your physical and psychological health.Productivity tools: Utilize cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and efficiency.Job Description:About the RoleThe M&A Analyst will support the execution of the company’s growth plans in the energy sector by coordinating and managing M&A processes and ensuring effective collaboration across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate bidding processes for the acquisition of energy projects, ensuring robust analysis, documentation, and strategic alignment.Manage and oversee transaction execution when bids are awarded, ensuring smooth progress across all workstreams.Drive the negotiation of purchase agreements in close collaboration with the Legal department.Serve as the primary point of contact for Ferrovial’s Finance team, supporting and coordinating all Due Diligence activities.Monitor and supervise compliance with contractual conditions throughout the entire closing process.Ensure effective information flow among finance, analytics, development, legal, and technical teams during M&A transaction execution.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering (with further education in finance).Strong knowledge of project finance is essential.Proven experience in M&A operations within the infrastructure sector, particularly with complex financing structures.Fluency in English (near‑native or very high level).Minimum 3years of experience in similar rolesSeize the challenge.
