The role demands a hybrid remote and in‑person schedule, working 4–5 days a week and on every weekend. This key position ensures seamless patient flow and exceptional customer service on weekends. About the Role The Weekend Admissions Coordinator manages the intake process for patients arriving at our facilities on weekends. The primary focus is to provide exceptional patient and family care, ensuring prompt and personalized attention, while working closely with clinical and support staff to maintain efficient patient flow and accurate records. Admissions Coordinator Responsibilities Coordinate patient admissions and discharges on weekends, ensuring timely and efficient processing. Provide exceptional patient and family care, addressing concerns and questions in a professional and compassionate manner. Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal care. Maintain accurate and up-to‑date patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes. Admissions Coordinator Requirements Prior experience in a healthcare setting, with nursing home experience preferred. Hybrid remote and in‑person position, 4–5 days per week, with weekend work required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
