Remote Law & Motion Attorney

A well-established midsize (30+ attorneys) defense firm is looking to add a Law & Motion Attorney to its growing team. The ideal Law & Motion Attorney candidate will have at least 5+ years of California civil litigation experience as a California-licensed attorney and strong writing skills.In this role, you will draft motions to strike, demurrers, and discovery motions, as well as occasionally drafting dispositive motions and pretrial motions. This Law & Motion Attorney will also argue the motions they drafted. The firm's yearly billable requirement is 1800 hours.My team has placed 5 attorneys with this firm, and 3 are now partners.
