Production Manager

360 Painting is a well‑known, fast‑growing national paint company specializing in residential and commercial repainting. We are looking to hire a Production Manager in the Loudoun and Fairfax County area, who will be integral to the growth of our company. Job Overview In this role you will manage all aspects of production, including hiring painters, overseeing production schedules, collecting payments, and ensuring jobs are completed on time with high quality and exceptional customer satisfaction. This position requires entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership, and a passion for dynamic work. Key Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and hire painters. Oversee crews and all aspects of production. Ensure all necessary materials are available at each job site daily. Manage production schedule. Perform field visits to ensure high‑quality work and customer satisfaction. Hold meetings with painters and staff to review safety policies, provide coaching, and track goals. Provide an extraordinary customer experience and serve as daily point of contact. Control material and labor costs. Collect payments from customers. Complete necessary administrative paperwork. Ensure OSHA & EPA compliance. Report necessary information to the President of 360 Painting.
