Program Manager II, Learning and Development, Data Center

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor''s degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program or project management. Experience working with Learning Management System (LMS) software, Intellum, and Evolve. Experience developing Learning Management Systems, including setting up user domains, permissions, and roles aligned with business requirements. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits Learn more about benefits at Google [ RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and deliver predictable program communication plans partnering with program stakeholders, including communications by stakeholder type. Establish phasing and metrics associated with the program life-cycle to address continuous improvement, including resource stewardship (deployment of machine and people resources) partnering with program stakeholders to meet near- and long-term objectives. Identify and collect data required to execute and govern programs, maintain project trackers and status reports, and manage program tasks and dependencies. Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.
