This philosophy serves as an unwavering commitment to the customer, supplier, and shareholder, and it serves as the foundation for one of the strongest employee-employer partnerships in American industry.WAVE is currently looking for a Cleanroom Operator team member to join our team!Schedule:Regular shift hours will be: Monday through Thursday 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM and Friday 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM (Training will be conducted on day shift for the first few weeks)Occasional overtime may be required based on production needsSalary Range: $22.97 - $28.71 (not inclusive of shift differential for off shift or quarterly profit sharing)Primary Responsibilities:This position is responsible for activities associated with clean room operations. An operator must demonstrate the ability to coordinate all manufacturing functions such as press and tooling setup, equipment operation, quality inspection standard work, preventive maintenance, and machine troubleshooting.General Responsibilities:Maintain continuous operations of clean room equipment; machine setup and adjustments, equipment operation, and maintaining operating schedule.Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance production.Perform visual and gauge-specific quality inspections of parts, and make corrective actions as required. Verify conformance of finished work-piece to specifications using inspection tools.Perform basic machine preventive maintenance on equipment.Perform production inventory counts.Maintain all work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition at all times.Perform all work in a safe manner; use proper lock-out procedures during repairs or machine adjustments.
