Experienced Litigation AttorneyThis growing personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join their team. In this role, you will specialize in litigating personal injury cases ranging in value between the low six figures and the multi-seven figures.Qualifications:Law degree from a fully accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing with the California State BarAt least 3 years of experience specializing in general liability or personal injury litigationAbility to manage and prioritize a large and complex case loadExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent research and analytical skillsEmpathetic and emotionally intelligentResponsibilities:Draft and prepare briefs, settlement offers, discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, and all trial motionsTake and defend all levels of depositions from witnesses, parties, and expertsCorrespond with clients and opposing counselInterview clients to understand case details, identify issues, and determine a strategy for settlement or trialPrepare cases for trial by interviewing witnesses, acquiring evidence, and conducting investigationsHelp clients prepare for mediation sessions or settlement conferences with opposing counselEducate clients about their legal rights and responsibilities throughout the processPrepare and file court documents such as complaints or motionsRepresent clients in court proceedingsBenefits:The firm offers a generous compensation package.
