Why join us Responsibilities Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation files from filing through trial. Draft and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. Prepare motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and other litigation documents. Coordinate trial preparation, including exhibit binders, witness files, trial notebooks, and calendaring deadlines. Assist attorneys with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics. Organize and maintain litigation files and case management systems. Job Details Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through trial Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Conduct and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and arbitrations Develop litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys Work with medical experts, investigators, and retained experts Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
