About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to serve as a strategic leader in a rapidly growing, private equity-backed commercial services platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, including FP&A, financial systems, data & analytics, and business partnering. This role involves leading the finance team in enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as driving operational performance in close collaboration with executive and business unit leaders. The VP of Finance will also play a key role in M&A activities, from diligence to post-close integration, and will be expected to deliver Board-ready reporting and strategic financial insights. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with a strong background in FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering within a large, multi-site organization. Experience in private equity-backed, high-growth, or acquisitive businesses is preferred, as is a proven track record in M&A and a strong background with ERP, BI, and financial reporting platforms. The role requires a leader who has demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and leading organizational change, particularly in commercial, industrial, or other branch-based, asset-intensive business environments. The position offers significant executive exposure and a clear path to a future CFO opportunity.
