• ???? Competitive Base Salary: $40,000 annually, plus commission opportunities.
• ???? Excellent Earning Potential: Approximately $70,000 in expected first-year total compensation, including commissions, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
• Build meaningful relationships while identifying opportunities to help customers protect what matters most.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
• Educate prospective customers about available insurance products and coverage options.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies and achieve shared goals.
• Track activity and report progress toward established sales objectives.
• Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excited about opportunities to succeed.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable initiating conversations, making outbound calls, and following up with prospective customers.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must possess or obtain Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses before the first day of employment.
