: Join the prestigious Chevy Chase Club, a luxurious private country club nestled in Chevy Chase, Maryland, as we seek a dynamic individual to fill the role of Full-Time Fitness Desk Manager for our state-of-the-art Fitness Center. As the Fitness Desk Manager, you will lead a team of two dedicated desk attendants who play a crucial role as the welcoming face of our Indoor Tennis and Fitness Center. Our modern facility boasts 4 indoor tennis courts, a 4000 sq. ft. gym, spa-like massage facilities, group fitness studios, and top-notch locker rooms with steam rooms and saunas. Responsibilities include overseeing desk operations, working shifts as an attendant, and ensuring that our members and guests receive exceptional service. You will lead your team to deliver precise and efficient fitness desk services, including accurate billing, prompt responses to inquiries, and a keen focus on member safety. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing food and beverage inventory, scheduling shifts, and coordinating substitutes when needed. The ideal candidate is outgoing, customer service-oriented, and possesses exceptional organizational, computer, and communication skills. If you have a college degree or equivalent education/experience, at least three years of experience in customer service or a related field, and a background in staff management, we want to hear from you!
