Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front office experience
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently
• Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and manage billing inquiries
• Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and HIPAA compliance
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
• Coordinate with dental providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical front desk/administrative role preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• HIPAA knowledge and commitment to patient confidentiality
