At Logan Health, our Float Pool team is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients with daily care needs, promote comfort and safety, and assist the care team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple inpatient areas. What You’ll Get Weekend Differential: +$2.25/hr NOC Differential: +$3.75/hr Flexible PRN scheduling Supportive team environment What You’ll Do Provide basic patient care, including hygiene, mobility, comfort, and safety Obtain and report vital signs Assist with activities of daily living Document care accurately and report changes in condition Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment Qualifications Required: Current Montana CNA certificate Current CPR certification as applicable to assigned area Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality Preferred: Previous healthcare or hospital experience Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Join a team that values compassion, flexibility, and patient‑centered care. Shift: Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
