Requirements Locum need is clinic M-F 8a - 5p with one hour lunch to start Sept. 28th ongoing until perm position is filled. Call: M-F 8a - 5p Taking 1st call for symptom support and treatment management/forward on to MD if needs consult. Clinic - Patient variety would include on-treatment patients and follow-ups for surveillance/survivorship patients. Would be assigned to a care team with an MD. First day will be orientation from 8a-3pm GTD 8 hours with overtime not taking affect until 10 hours. Long term housing may be available if needed. Emergency Credentialing available.
