About the Position

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch); Start Date: September 28, 2026; Ongoing until permanent position is filled. First day orientation 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Guaranteed 8 hours; overtime does not apply until after 10 hours.
• Job Setting: Outpatient / Telehealth
• Types of Cases: On-treatment patients and follow-ups for surveillance/survivorship patients. Provider will be assigned to a care team with an MD. Patient volume: up to 12 patients per shift.
• Call: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Beeper call; 1st call for symptom support and treatment management; forward to MD if consult is needed. Call response time: 30 minutes.
• EMR System: MediTech
• Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 120 days. Emergency credentialing available. Temporary privileges are not available. Hospital/surgery center privileges required.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible required; Fellowship required
• Licensure: Must be licensed in Montana (MT), will consider IMLC
