Payroll ProcessorBMW of Ridgefield is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to join our team. This is a key role responsible for processing payroll, supporting employee onboarding, administering health benefits, and managing a small team. If you're highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy supporting employees behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do:Process weekly payroll accurately and on timeManage employee onboarding and new hire paperworkAdminister employee health benefits and assist with benefit-related questionsSupervise and support a small administrative teamMaintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracyReconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptlyEnsure compliance with company policies and payroll regulationsPrepare reports and assist with other administrative tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For:Previous payroll experience required; dealership experience is a plusExperience with employee onboarding and benefits administrationPrior leadership or team management experience preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accurate data entryAbility to handle confidential information with discretionSelf-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Vacation, Sick, and Personal Time401(k) with Employer ContributionSupportive team environment with opportunities to grow
