If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to grow with a company that values hard work and dedication.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Efficiency Management:Direct and coordinate overall operations to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectivenessPlan, develop, and implement operational policies across warehousing, transportation, and customer serviceDesign and manage dispatch systems to improve logistics and workflowImplement operational changes and continuous improvement initiativesMonitor and manage operating budgets for warehouse, manufacturing, and transportation functionsCompliance, Facility & Resource Management:Ensure trucking operations comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulationsOversee warehouse conditions, equipment, and storage utilizationCoordinate with purchasing and receiving teams to ensure accurate and timely product arrivalsMaintain communication with vendors regarding issues such as missing materials, backorders, and delivery challengesCustomer Relations & Quality Assurance:Ensure delivery of high-quality products and services to customersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersRepresent the company professionally in all customer and vendor interactionsTechnology & Confidentiality:Research and implement technologies to enhance operational efficiency and competitivenessMaintain confidentiality of sensitive business information, including personnel, pricing, customer data, and distribution methodsAdditional Responsibilities & Miscellaneous:Perform other duties as assigned to support branch and corporate objectivesQualifications:Knowledge of construction materials and product distributionBachelor's degree in Management or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2+ years of management experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office productsExperience in the building materials industry preferredCompensation and BenefitsReports To: Branch ManagerCompensation: The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on experience, qualifications, and work location within state.
