Dignity Health Medical Group - North State is a 60+ provider multi-specialty group with care centers in Redding and Red Bluff, CA. We are a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation and aligned with Dignity Health, the largest hospital provider in California. We are recruiting an additional Physician (IM or FM) to join our Primary Care Team in Redding. This opportunity requires the ability to accommodate a flexible practice schedule, including extended weekdays (rotating).

Compensation & Benefits Package:

• Highly competitive salary guarantee with signing, relocation, and quality bonuses
• Compensation Range: $275,000 - $300,000 / Year
• Sign-On Bonus starting at $100,000
• Up to $30,000/year Quality incentives

Job Requirements:

• A valid and unrestricted California medical license
• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
