Corporate Paralegal

To support a high-volume entity management function, the full-time Corporate Paralegal will manage a large portfolio of approximately 600 legal entities and help establish scalable legal operations processes in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain a portfolio of corporate entities, overseeing lifecycle management including formation, onboarding, and dissolutions Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to enhance visibility into entity status and governance activities Support legal operations initiatives by optimizing workflows and evaluating legal technology solutions Required Qualifications 7+ years of corporate paralegal experience with significant entity management responsibilities Demonstrated experience managing large and complex entity portfolios Ability to independently own processes and drive organization in ambiguous environments Experience working with outside entity management providers and corporate governance vendors preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Slack
