Corporate Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Roseland, NJ, is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their Healthcare Practice Group.

This position is onsite to start with hybrid flexibility after training.

Responsibilities:

· Assisting with preparing and filing documents for general corporate matters, including UCC statements, corporate governance, M&A transactions, and financings

· Reviewing and drafting first-level contracts

· Conducting due diligence for healthcare transactions

· Preparing disclosures and schedules

· Managing corporate records

· Conducting legal research

Requirements:

· 5+ years of recent Corporate Paralegal experience, healthcare experience preferred

· Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate

· Excellent communication skills

· Extremely Organized

· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
