Location: Rogers, AR or NW or Central AR (client has projects in all areas)
Salary : $100K-$180K (salary depends on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead on-site execution of commercial construction projects. The Superintendent will oversee daily trade activities, enforce safety and quality standards, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with project management, subcontractors, owners, and design teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. This role emphasizes hands-on field leadership for ground-up and renovation projects across retail, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, hotel, and multifamily sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day on-site leadership and direction for all field personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractor performance, trade sequencing, and site logistics to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules; communicate schedule impacts and mitigation plans to project management and stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce safety programs and procedures; conduct daily safety briefings and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, perform punch lists, and coordinate corrective actions with trades and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial construction and prior experience as a Superintendent on projects $60M+
• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent 
• Projects range from Commercial, Athletic, Higher Education, K12, Medical, Religious, Retail
