B2B Field Sales Representative – $30–$45/hr + Commission

We are hiring professional, motivated B2B Field Sales Representatives throughout California.

This is an employee position with $30–$45 per hour based on experience, plus commission, paid training, and biweekly direct deposit. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

No cold calling. No lead generation.

You will work with pre-vetted, warm-to-hot business contacts who are already expecting outreach or a scheduled visit. Your job is to meet with these contacts face-to-face, introduce our services, build relationships, and help move business opportunities forward.

How the Position Works

This is a remote-based field position.

Meetings, training, updates, and team communication are handled digitally. There is no daily commute to a company office.

You will travel locally within your assigned territory to meet pre-qualified business contacts.

We will work with you to determine which territory makes the most sense based on where you live and how far you are willing to travel.

What You’ll Do

• Visit pre-qualified businesses in your assigned territory
• Meet with business owners, managers, and decision-makers
• Introduce our business services
• Build professional relationships
• Complete simple business and site visits
• Gather basic client information
• Follow up with interested contacts
• Report your field activity
• Attend digital meetings and paid training
