The role — Account Executive
As an Account Executive you will drive new business through prospecting, pipeline management, and closing. This is a full-cycle role suited to overachievers who don't wait for leads — they build them. In return you'll earn uncapped commission with accelerators, sell into a rapidly expanding market, and play a hands-on role in influencing the direction of the company.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, developing, and closing net new accounts›
- Consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets and exceed performance metrics›
- Self-source leads through strategic, creative outbound including cold calls and email sequences›
- Craft personalized messaging that converts ICP prospects into demos›
- Become a platform expert and independently deliver compelling demos
What we're looking for
- A track record of overachievement in a quota-carrying sales role›
- Hustle-first mentality — you generate your own pipeline, not wait for inbound›
- Experience with full-cycle B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or technology›
- Strong cold outreach skills (phone, email, LinkedIn)›
- Ability to run discovery, demo, and close independently›
- Comfort selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts
Compensation & logistics
- Base: $75,000 – $90,000 depending on experience›
- OTE: $150,000 – $180,000 (top reps currently earning $300K+)›
- Commission is uncapped with accelerators above quota›
- On-site 5 days per week
