From $18/Hour Responsibilities You will be the first point of contact with prospective residents, current residents, vendors and associates. Tour, qualify and sell the property’s features to prospective and current residents. Manage the leasing, closing and move‑in process with our new residents and current residents. Determine the customer’s needs, resolve and/or escalates to a higher level as permitted. Foster new relationships with our customers. Maintain a customer‑friendly personality while diffusing or resolving difficult situations and nurturing relationships. Demonstrate strong administrative and computer skills, managing lease files, updating paperwork, and completing marketing/advertising tasks as needed. Qualifications 1 year in a Leasing position preferred. 1 year in a Customer Service position required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
