Regional Finance Manager

The Regional Finance Manager is responsible for providing actionable and proactive analysis to executive leadership. He or she will work under the guidance of and assists the Senior Vice President in managing the oversight, preparation, and distribution of the regional internal and customer financial reporting. Responsibilities will include overseeing or monitoring monthly activities including analysis and management of operating expense, oversight, reporting of actual and accurate financial reports, and forecasting results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Global CFO to provide subject matter expertise, measure key metrics, and provide insights to operational leaders to drive desired outcomes
• Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting process for the region
• Responsible for the region’s accounting close to improve process efficiency and performance
• Manage through profit & loss statements and synthesize trends and identify areas of opportunity
• Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Routine communication with all levels of the organization relating to financial close, forecasting, job performance and other issues and deliverables
• Ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as needed

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 8+ years of P&L analysis experience
• 3+ years’ experience in managing an accounting or finance team
• Experience in a matrix organization
• Expertise with excel modelling and utilization of financial systems
• Proficiency PowerPoint presentations and other financial software
• Precise, deadline-driven, mature-minded, organized, communicative and creative team member
• Strategic thinker
• Ability to influence and persuade
• Ability to travel as needed to support operations regionally (Southeast)
• Proactive, independent, flexible team player
• Ability to train and provide direction on financial concepts with the operational team
