The Finance Manager will have the opportunity to help shape financial decision-making, improve how the business uses data, and contribute directly to the organization's continued growth and success.What You'll Be Owning:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesAnalyze financial results, trends, variances, and key business driversPartner with business and operational leaders to support strategic and day-to-day decision-makingDevelop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to evaluate opportunities and support growthPrepare management reporting and translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insightsMonitor business performance and identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunitiesSupport strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and special projectsIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, forecasting, and analyticsWhat You Bring to the Table:6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related finance functionStrong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skillsDemonstrated experience partnering directly with business and operational leadersStrong understanding of P&L management and financial statement driversAdvanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning, ERP, and/or reporting systemsStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage senior leadershipHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentBased in the New York Metro area with the ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel periodically as needed
