Regional Manager

Regional Manager Needed in Suffolk County, NY. Position Summary: The Regional Manager supports the clinical operations of multiple rehabilitation practices throughout the region and functions as a member of Theradynamics’ senior management team in providing leadership for the company, in alignment with Theradynamics’ mission and value. Regional Manager Job Requirements Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in a therapy field Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility and Hospital inpatient and outpatient settings. Current state license Demonstrate competency in therapy treatment and evaluation principles, techniques, materials and equipment utilization and demonstrate knowledge of state and federal accreditation standards 2+ Years of Rehab Director Experience Previous experience overseeing multiple facilities at once (Preferred) Duties And Responsibilities Assures all patient needs are met, treatment is well-documented, good outcomes are achieved and the practices operate efficiently, during site visits Functions as a resource for clinical program and caseload development Provides documentation and billing training Completes Quarterly Documentation Audits for each practice Participates in Cross Region Documentation Audits as requested Schedules conference calls /meetings with rehab directors for communication and training as needed Participates in responses to any denied therapy claims, as well as audit requests from OMIG, ADRs and third party reviews Facilitates monthly clinical operations reviews of all designated facilities with rehab directors and customers Facilitates quarterly clinical operations reviews with customer senior management team members for multi-site customers Assures the clinical, operational and financial success of each designated practice Visits all assigned facilities at least weekly, with availability to rehab directors and customers via phone and email on an ongoing basis Participates in weekly operations review calls with senior management Identifies region growth opportunities in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Team Assures compliance and integrity in all aspects of region and practice performance Works with recruiting to assure appropriate coverage and practice growth through candidate identification, interviews, hiring and orientation Completes for Theradynamics rehab directors, and contributes to for non-Theradynamics rehab directors, annual performance reviews Benefits Competitive Salary 5 Weeks Paid Time Off Medical and Dental Insurance Tax Deferred Programs under AFLAC Unlimited continuing education credits through our interactive online library of courses 401K Plan with company match All rates offered are based on position, years of applicable experience and employment type Rate ranges shown include levels for per diems with no benefits and Independent Contractors #J-18808-Ljbffr
