Valley Injury Law – Phoenix, Arizona
Full-Time | Entry Level | Primarily In-Office

Valley Injury Law is looking for an energetic, organized, and outgoing Marketing & Community Outreach Assistant to help support the firm’s growing marketing and community presence.

This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in marketing, networking, events, sponsorships, and business development. We are looking for someone who is comfortable meeting new people, representing the firm in the community, and keeping a lot of moving pieces organized behind the scenes.

This is a primarily in-office position at our Phoenix office, with time outside the office for networking events, community events, sponsorship activations, and other marketing activities.

What You’ll Do

• Attend networking events, community events, sponsorship events, and other functions on behalf of Valley Injury Law.
• Participate in BNI meetings and other networking organizations.
• Help manage and track the firm’s sponsorships, including events, sports partnerships, community organizations, and charitable initiatives.
• Maintain a calendar of upcoming marketing events, sponsorship obligations, deadlines, tickets, appearances, and promotional opportunities.
• Coordinate event logistics, including booths, promotional materials, giveaways, signage, tickets, and other marketing materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, community organizations, medical providers, vendors, and other local businesses.
• Assist with planning firm events, community outreach efforts, and networking opportunities.
• Help make sure the firm receives everything included in its sponsorship agreements and that opportunities are not missed.
• Take photos and videos at events and assist with collecting content for the firm’s social media.
• Work with firm leadership and outside marketing vendors on campaigns and projects.
• Track marketing activities and help the firm understand which events, sponsorships, and relationships are generating results.
• Assist with general marketing and administrative projects as needed.
• Participate in a rotating after-hours intake schedule , which will include a limited number of designated weeknights and weekends each month to assist with responding to prospective new clients.

• Is outgoing and comfortable introducing themselves to new people.
• Communicates professionally and represents the firm well.
• Is extremely organized and good at keeping track of deadlines and details.
• Is comfortable attending events and networking functions independently.
• Is reliable and follows through on commitments.
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Is comfortable using social media and basic marketing technology.
• Can manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Has reliable transportation and is comfortable traveling throughout the Phoenix metro area.
• Is available for occasional evening and weekend marketing events.
• Is willing to participate in a limited rotating after-hours/weekend intake schedule each month.
• Is comfortable speaking with prospective clients by phone and gathering basic intake information.
• Has an interest in marketing, community outreach, business development, events, or professional networking.

A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is helpful, but not required . Recent graduates and candidates looking to begin a career in marketing are encouraged to apply.
