What You'll Be Doing Join our dynamic team as a Sales & Business Development Representative, where you will support and contribute to the design and implementation of marketing and sales programs. Your efforts will help build the sales pipeline and drive the organization’s growth. Key Tasks Assist in designing and implementing marketing programs. Gather and analyze market and customer data. Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation initiatives. Participate in the development of pricing strategies. Support sales staff in preparing sales proposals. Maintain and update sales databases and tracking systems. Conduct initial outreach to potential clients under supervision. Respond to inbound sales inquiries. Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Support the execution of sales campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Excellent communication skills. Basic understanding of data analysis for sales. Familiarity with CRM systems. Customer focus: understanding needs and ensuring satisfaction. Problem‑solving ability. Collaboration skills. Time‑management skills. Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques. Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish strongly preferred. Compensation $47,600.00 – $81,250.00 USD.
