Position Summary

1st Class Roofing & Construction is growing and looking for a motivated, high-energy Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive company growth.

This is NOT an average sales role. We are looking for a leader who can sell, generate leads, and build a strong team.

We specialize in residential, commercial, and multifamily roofing projects and are expanding into larger construction opportunities.

$80K$200K+ income potential
Base + Commission + Overrides
Performance bonuses
Leadership growth opportunity
Experience Preferred (But Not Required)

• Door-to-door sales or outside sales experience

• Roofing, construction, or home services background

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and handling objections

• Willingness to learn roofing systems and Florida-specific conditions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat

• Ability to walk properties and climb ladders if needed

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods

We sell and service roofing across Central Florida including Auburndale, Lakeland, Tampa, Brandon, Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport, Haines City, Poinciana, Jacksonville, St. Petersburg, Daytona Beach, Sarasota, Bradenton, and surrounding areas.
