Serious Opportunity.Celebration Chevrolet is adding two sales professionals to our team.We are not trying to fill our showroom with salespeople.Our philosophy is simple: keep the sales floor lean, provide our team with real opportunity, train the right people correctly, and help strong performers make serious money.Last month:Our sales team averaged 16.4 retail units per salesperson.Our #1 producer earned $24,000 last month — before additional manufacturer incentives.And we are continuing to grow.We're looking for experienced automotive professionals or high-potential candidates who may have never sold a vehicle before.If you have a proven history of succeeding at what you do, you're competitive, coachable, willing to learn, and capable of following a process, we want to talk to you.Automotive sales experience is valuable, but it is not required.We can teach you how to sell cars.What we can't teach is attitude, work ethic, competitiveness, accountability, or the desire to consistently with prospective customersBuilding and managing a pipeline through our CRMConducting professional vehicle presentations and test drivesLearning Chevrolet products, technology, incentives, and programsAsking for the sale and developing strong closing skillsCreating repeat and referral businessMaintaining excellent customer satisfactionFollowing dealership sales processes and management directionContinuously improving your skills and performanceA valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.CompensationExpected Compensation Range: $10,000-$20,000/ MonthCompensation is performance-based and includes commissions under the dealership's sales compensation plan.Additional manufacturer incentive opportunities may also be available.For perspective, one of our salesman earned $24,000 in last month, excluding additional manufacturer incentives.Individual results will vary based on performance.
