We are seeking a Manager of Client Services to join Bernstein's Private Wealth Management office in Los Angeles. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of Los Angeles’s Private Wealth Management sales support and client service functions. Key responsibilities include the following: Recruit, develop and manage multiple teams of Associates and Coordinators responsible for the support function of Wealth Advisors and their clientsDrive a positive culture through hands-on engagement with teams in areas such as investment knowledge, career development and feedbackPartner with the Managing Directors and Wealth Advisors to ensure continuity of business and client service excellenceImplement procedures and department policies with teamsLiaise with leadership in other business units (i.e. portfolio management, legal, operations, etc.) to drive results for clientsServe as a resource to Wealth Advisors and teams regarding service-related inquiries and exceptionsManage operational, firm and client risk through due diligence and effective communicationReview and approve various transactions and exceptionsOversee resource distribution and headcount Job QualificationsIdeal candidate should have knowledge of the Private Wealth Management business (services, procedures, etc.). Salary DisclosureIn accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows: Base Salary Range: $114,000 to $124,000. Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.
