Requirements: Previous production, industrial, or automotive painting experience preferred Experience using automatic spray systems, electrostatic sprayers, and conventional spray guns Ability to mix paints and solvents according to manufacturer specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finished products Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions accurately Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical work Ability to wear a respirator and required PPE throughout the shift Must pass a pulmonary function test and respirator fit test Job Duties: Apply liquid paint, varnishes, and protective coatings to metal parts using automated and manual spray equipment Set up, operate, and perform touch-ups in automatic paint booths and spray systems Prepare paint booths and equipment for color changes by cleaning with compressed air Select and prepare the correct paints and materials based on work orders Manually paint hard-to-reach areas before automated painting processes Mix paints and solvents while operating automated paint mixing equipment Move parts through painting, flashing, and drying processes to ensure proper curing Inspect finished products and perform touch-ups or corrections as needed to meet quality standards Clean and maintain paint delivery systems, filters, booths, and related equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while assisting with other paint line operations as needed Why This Role?
