Requirements: Previous industrial, production, or automotive painting experience required Experience using automatic spray systems, electrostatic sprayers, and conventional spray guns Ability to mix paints and solvents according to manufacturer specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to wear a respirator and required PPE while working Must pass a pulmonary function test and respirator fit test Job Duties: Apply liquid paint, varnishes, and protective coatings to metal parts using automated and manual spray equipment Set up, operate, and perform touch-ups in automatic paint booths and spray systems Clean and prepare paint booths before color changes using compressed air Select and prepare paints and materials according to work orders Manually paint hard-to-reach areas prior to automated painting processes Mix paints and solvents while operating automated paint mixing equipment Move parts through painting, flashing, and drying stages to ensure proper curing Inspect finished parts and perform touch-ups or corrections to meet quality standards Clean and flush paint delivery systems, maintain paint booth filters, and coordinate equipment maintenance as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while assisting with other paint line operations as required More Than Just a Paycheck.
