Are you someone who enjoys working independently, paying attention to details, and providing outstanding guest service? The SpringHill Suites & TownePlace Suites at Flamingo Crossings, located just minutes from Walt Disney World®, is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Night Auditor to join our team.

As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in hotel operations by balancing daily financial transactions, preparing audit reports, and ensuring guests receive exceptional service throughout the overnight hours. This position combines front desk responsibilities with accounting and reporting functions, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both hospitality and organization.

What You'll Do

• Complete the nightly audit process and balance all hotel transactions
• Review, post, and reconcile daily room, tax, and revenue charges
• Prepare and distribute audit reports for hotel leadership
• Reconcile credit card transactions and investigate discrepancies
• Monitor and resolve end-of-day system issues
• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests and concerns
• Process reservations, room assignments, and guest payments
• Promote hotel amenities, services, and Marriott loyalty programs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling of guest accounts
• Provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment during overnight hours
• Assist with guest service recovery and problem resolution as needed
• What We're Looking For
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working overnight shifts
• Basic math, accounting, and computer skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during unexpected situations
• Previous hotel front desk, night audit, cash handling, or accounting experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop occasionally
• Ability to work at a computer and operate standard office equipment

Scheduling

This position primarily works overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Flexibility and reliability are essential.
