Compensation:

$140,500 - $297,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective buyers through property tours, ensuring they receive a comprehensive understanding of each home.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
• Collaborate with the team to schedule and coordinate showings efficiently, maximizing your time and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the local real estate market trends to provide clients with up-to-date insights and advice.
• Assist clients in understanding the buying process, offering support and guidance at every step.
• Communicate feedback from showings to the lead agent, contributing to the overall strategy for each client.
• Develop and refine your professional skills through ongoing training and mentorship opportunities provided by the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively, ensuring clear and open dialogue with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Warren-Farmington-Hills-Troy, MI, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to various client needs and schedules.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to schedule and coordinate property showings.
