Compensation:

$125,500 - $195,000 yearly

• Engage with prospective clients by following up on provided leads, ensuring a seamless transition to active clients.
• Showcase properties to potential buyers, offering insightful guidance throughout the home-buying process.
• Facilitate smooth transactions by managing all stages from initial conversation to closing, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with our team to refine your skills and build confidence through real-world experiences and mentorship.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to provide clients with informed advice and options.
• Utilize our resources to develop personalized strategies for each client, enhancing their buying or selling experience.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

• Newly licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license, ready to dive into the industry.
• Ability to engage and connect with clients, turning leads into lasting relationships.
• Proven track record of being motivated and coachable, eager to learn and grow.
• Strong communication skills, ensuring clients feel heard and valued throughout their journey.
• Experience in managing tasks efficiently, from initial contact to closing, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, while being a proactive team player.
• Up-to-date knowledge or willingness to learn about the local real estate market, providing clients with informed options.
