ServiceNow, Data & AI Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Hunter with a proven track record in direct sales and new-logo acquisition. The candidate will drive new business by selling ServiceNow, Data, AI, and digital transformation services to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new enterprise clients through direct prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and strategic hunting.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and opportunity development to negotiation and closure.
Sell ServiceNow implementation, consulting, integration, and managed services.
Drive sales of Data & AI solutions, including data engineering, analytics, GenAI, and AI-led transformation.
Build relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other senior decision-makers.
Develop qualified pipelines and close multimillion-dollar IT services engagements.
Achieve new-logo acquisition targets and revenue goals.

Required Qualifications

10–18 years of experience in enterprise sales within IT Services & Consulting.
Proven success in direct sales and new-logo acquisition
Experience selling ServiceNow solutions and/or Data & AI services.
Strong enterprise hunting, pipeline generation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
Established C-level relationships and experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. xhyhwjd
